Admin Activities -Travel Desk
Travel desk- End to End Travel Management for Employees and top management (Hotel, Airlines, Trains, Transport, VISA, Travel insurance etc) PAN India efficiently and cost effective manner. Managing emergency changes/cancellation in a professional manner. Arrange, manages and coordinates all aspects of Domestic and International Hotel and Travel bookings to meet the specific needs of employees, departments and guests. Handle all incoming travel requests as per the process and complete the process till the payout. Manage Monthly Invoices & Timely Submission to the Finance Department.
HR Activities
Recruitment- Assisting in Sourcing, Screening and shortlisting the candidates from different sources. Assisting in the joining, induction, documentation and on boarding formalities of new joiners. Maintaining Employee Database generating the employee codes & coordinating issuing various letters. Coordinating with the various vendors for day to day tasks. Support in HR & Admin related activities
