Admin Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, devising ways to streamline processes Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet requirements Manage the Preventive and Planned Maintenance programme to minimize maintenance, repair, and replacement costs together with minimizing the risk of plant failure. Managing all aspect of business travel for internal employees including expats & all employees Ensuring that all facilities meet statutory regulations Responsible for management of all branches of RSB including leasing, compliance, infrastructure management, administrative activities, and branch database management Recommend continuous quality improvement practices across the region Ensure all Financial Management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner Ensure escalation procedures are in place and observed for incident and problem reporting Risk assessment, providing method statement and closure of action Coordinating with internal stakeholders for administrative support Vendor Management
HR Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment & Employee onboarding. Manage HR data (Leaves, attendance, payroll, performance management) in HRMS. Maintain employee data appropriately in files and internal software. Executing the payroll process and ensure 100% compliance to all employee regulations and law. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all local labour laws. Managing employee exits and F&F settlement. Performance Management & Engagement Survey Employee Engagement Support in conducting midterm reviews and the annual performance management cycle.
