Roles and Responsibilities-
Managing day to day activities for CTO. Proactive thinking, good listening skills. Incredible analytical and logical thinking. Will act as bridge between CTO, management and client. Taking notes, tracking to-dos and following up on action items
Taking minutes during meetings Research complex cases for resolution using knowledge bases, documentation etc. Collaborate with Product Development Managers Able to troubleshoot and solve urgent, complex, and critical problems
