Candidate should have 0 to 3 years of experience in HR Administration, Talent Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Consulting, Head Hunting, Screening, Selection, Talent Supply Chain Management. Freshers welcome. Should have excellent communication skills.
You must be:
> Having good attention to detail > Dedicated in work/ willing to deliver/ complete the assigned tasks in time > Logical, innovative and smart at thinking > Solve the administrative problems in a calm , gentle, smart and peaceful manner > Single point of contact for HR administrative tasks > Passionate about IT consulting/ HR Administration work/ Travel Facilitations/ HR/ Paryroll Help Desk
Job Responsibilities:-
> Tracking the HR activities (short listing the CVs/ putting the candidates for client interviews) > Preparing paper work ( Releasing offer letters/ scanning and emailing them) > General office administration ( Preparing the job ads and posting in Naukri) > Tracking time sheets/ approving them > Chasing invoices from vendors/ clients > Tracking candidates/ work assignments > Cold calling to candidates
Technical Skills: MS-Excel/Word/ Power point
