Job Profile
We are scheduling a walk in drive on 17th September, 2022 - (10 am to 3 pm) for the role of Technical Support L1 Automate & BrightGuage at Pune location.
Skills Required Knowledge on Windows Server, basic knowledge of Networking and Database knowledge.
Experience Range - 1 to 6 years Notice period Max 45 days No of positions 25
Shifts Shift timings for the below positions Rotational, US or Night Shifts based on business requirement.
Work Location Position can be based out of Pune, Mumbai or Bangalore However interviews will happen at Pune location.
Job Responsibility
Server level technical skills: server builds and administration, setup, and support, virtual environment administration Document partner interaction, troubleshooting, and results in a clear and concise manner Engages in the application of systems analysis of hardware or software for best practices per technical documentation, and provides solutions based on the diagnosis of the problem Analyze, test, and modify partner and end-user customer s computer systems based upon their unique design specifications and/or computing environment
Interact with partners and end-users to provide support via phone, ticket system, and chat and answer user inquiries regarding the system Meet posted metrics for performance Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Ability to effectively communicate through phone, chat, and email is required Ability to work on multiple issues simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Ability to work within a team environment as well as work independently while maintaining a high level of efficiency.
