Job Profile
Candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in Facility Management, Office Equipment, Courier Management, HR Administration, Contract Labour Management, Housekeeping Management. Should have excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibility-
Assisting human resources department with payroll and personnel databases. Assist in the recruitment and selection process by screening profiles, lining up interviews etc. Monitoring Biometric device and keeping proper records along with preparation of monthly Payroll Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces.
Security: To ensure overall security arrangement, movement of men and material within/ from the Companys premises Travel & Ticketing: To make necessary Travel & Ticketing arrangements as required for official tours through external agencies. Conference Hall: To coordinate allotment & ensure its maintenance Fire Control Equipment: To ensure timely refilling & service ability of Fire Extinguishers. Stationary: To ensure timely procurement as per user s requirement.
Housekeeping /Pest Control and minor repairs. Working knowledge of the Emergency response plan. Transport Arrangement : To make necessary and timely arrangements for Staff.. Courier Management Contract Labour Management.
