Recruitment Joining formalities/ Employee Exit. Maintain employee Database File Management (Maintain employee personal files with all relevant documentation) Leave Management (Maintain Leave records, Leave cards, Attendance, Time Office, Travel, Hospitality and Vehicle Management.
Visa, Passport, Invitation Letters and Ticketing. Pantry Management (Guest Management) House Keeping Management Entire administration of corporate Office (Stationary, Letter Head, ID cards etc.) Timely payment of all the bills MSCB, landline , Mobile , Company credit card, Travel Bills etc
