We are hiring for Marketing & HR Admin Profile (FMCG Sector), Candidate should be able to handle marketing & sales team day to day working and handle HR & Admin work individually,
Candidate must have a regular Studies from reputed University Any Graduate and MBA in Marketing & HR with 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing, HR and Administration Activities. Need to be very good in verbal and written Hindi & English language. Must have good communication skills.
Candidates staying in Noida/ Delhi will be preferred Age should be below 40 years. FRESHERS DO NOT APPLY
Job Responsibility-
Provides orientation for new employees by providing information about company policies, gathering withholding and other payroll information, explaining benefit programs, and obtaining signatures for documents. Maintains human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and merit Tracks Marketing team working by completing forms, reports, logs, and records of their daily working. Able to do screening, and interviewing applicants. Able to do joining and other formalities individually
