Job Profile
We are looking for QA and Testing Engineers with API Rest expertise to assess software quality through manual testing. Quickly identify and report bugs, glitches and ensure that products, applications and platforms meet business requirements.
Candidate should be BE/ B Tech or MCA with 3 plus year experience in manual testing, QA processes, creating test plans & test cases frameworks for highly scalable applications and platform development. Must have hands-on experience in developing user test cases, test scripts and integration with Jira. Hands-on with SQL database, API Testing and Integration Testing is essential.
Hands-on with QA/ testing frameworks with knowledge of Java/ J2EE will be a big plus. A process oriented mindset with thrust on RCA, finding solutions, trouble-shooting and quickly developing CAPA. Prior experience in a true agile delivery environment such as Scrum, XP, TDD, BDD will be preferred. Understanding of cucumber, selenium and J-meter etc. Or any other automation tools will be advantage. Good knowledge and experience on SDLC and STLC.
Roles and Responsibilities-
Translate functional requirements and specifications into documented test plans and test scenarios in tools like Jira. Develop test scripts for Java/ J2EE web applications Rigorously plan, write and execute test scripts. Create and maintain test data, tools and scripts. Evaluate product code according to specifications. Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Execute test plans manually and conduct functional and exploratory testing. Perform Manual testing in line with defined process to meet agreed time frames and appropriately use test related tools. Perform test modifications for our Gaming and Fintech products to ensure that they are fit for purpose, consistent and compliant with delivery standard guidelines. Ensure that all the developments/ modifications are regression testable and delivered as per planned schedule.
