Designation- Customer Support Associate (CSA). Job Profile- Have to resolute customers query Voice Calls
Mandatory Criteria-
Minimum HS Passed/ Fresher & Experience both can apply Must have excellent verbal English & Hindi communication skills Should have a typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
Mandatory system requirement-
Must have a Laptop/ Desktop Must have Broadband/ Wi-Fi Must have licensed version of Windows 10 Must have updated antivirus
Other Requirement-
Customer orientation. Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining 9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1-hour break
Interview Structure- HR round - General check. Telephonic/ Video call OPS & Client round Voice/ Video call
