We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer for providing assistance to enterprise customers and internal teams. We are seeking out passionate applicants working with a growing company that is engaged in developing applications being used in India for the first time.
Degree in IT, Electronics, Computer Science or relevant field is required Ability to multi-task, manage time and follow through with assignments Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Experience with GPS hardware/ technology will be given preference Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal Customer facing experience is a plus
Job Responsibility-
Providing initial technical software & hardware support to clients Providing technical demo of product or new features to clients Troubleshooting issues related to hardware or software functionality Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone or electronically and follow service desk procedures. Accurately describe client issues and interpret and design a resolution Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention Make sure the process conformity and SLAs are accomplished
