Roles and Responsibilities:
Will lead end to end HR & Admin activities for the unit including and not limited to Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Payroll, Training, Performance Management, Employee Engagement Ensure process compliance to HR policy / procedures at the unit. Work seamlessly with cross functional teams on plant level initiatives. Responsible for maintaining the company`s compliance files for local state and federal labour guidelines and laws. Responsible for Buyer Audits & Compliance audit and presenting the results to management.
Industrial Relations:
Grievance handling, Resolution/prevention of industrial disputes Disciplinary action under labour law & factories Act-1948 Welfare measures, Health, Canteen and safety, Transports etc. Contract Labour Management
