Candidate should be Any Graduate/ MBA (HR) with 0 to 5 years of experience in Recruitment HR Administration, Payroll, Attendance Management, Joining/ Exit Formalities, Salary Processing. Must have excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities-
1. Gather payroll data like Attendance, accounts of Employee ESI, PF, PT and Salary Slip.
2. Coordinate with consultant for pf / ESIC. Submit data to customer. Attend meeting with customer for compliances.
3. Schedule job interviews, give placement ads, arrange Camus interviews for fresher Coordinate with NCTVT for hiring technicians etc.
4. Issue offer letter to selected candidates.
5. Develop training and onboarding material for new employee.
6. Respond to employees` questions and their issues. Submit data for group medical insurance. Approve medical claim for insurance.
7. Handle Admin function for organization including IT, stationary, housekeeping, rentals and other works
8. Celebrate festivals, employees` birthdays. Gifting for client
