We are looking for a HR Intern or HR Admin Executive to join our HR Team.
Candidate must have a Bachelor`s Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent. Should have good experience in human resources or related fields. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills. The ability to keep sensitive information confidential. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues. Should be able to implement disciplinary processes and workplace investigations. Competency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
Roles & Responsibilities-
Understanding the requirement of the organization Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications. Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment: Screening, interview, shortlist, offer, negotiate and close assigned requisition. Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates through effective usage of the Job portal, social networking, posting vacancies on the Portal, etc.
Ensure HR transactions are carried out as per policies and procedures defined Ensure all files and records are maintained as per guidelines and Policies Coordinating HR and Admin activities such as Event Management. Scheduling meetings with clients according to the requirement. Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events.
