Job Profile
Candidate must have proven experience as HR and admin or other senior HR admin role in finance company only Should have experience in strategic planning and implementation Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, startup recruitment, ESOP etc.)
Must have an ability to use metrics and analytics Knowledge of local and international labour law, PF, ESI, Gratuity. Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems Aptitude in communicating and public speaking Well-organized with excellent leadership qualities
Job Responsibility-
Managing end to end recruitment. Collaborate with management team to craft the company, vision and mission Develop strategic HR plans and policies (recruitment, training, compensation etc.)
Screening candidates on telephonic conversation as well as during face-to-face interview before lining-up candidates for further round of interviews with business heads. Directly coordinating with business heads to close the position with the right candidate on time.
