Job Profile
Candidate should be Any Graduate (Post-Graduation in Human Resource Management preferred) with 3 to 5 years of experience in Recruitment HR Administration, Payroll, Attendance Management, Joining Formalities, Exit Formalities, Salary Processing. Must have good knowledge of HR systems and processes.
Job Responsibilities-
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR function and maintaining HR records. Completion of pre & post joining formalities of new joiners. Assist in the recruitment and selection process by screening profiles, lining up interviews etc. Maintain employee file with relevant documents and records.
Monitoring Biometric device and keeping proper records along with preparation of monthly Payroll. Framing policies to ensure overall discipline at work place. Monitor inventory of office supplies and ensure timely procurement of all items. Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office.
