Job Profile
Candidate must have Masters/ Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or related field. 2+ years of working experience as an HR Executive or similar role. Working experience on hiring via Linked/ Naukri Job postal. Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR process/ procedures. Ability to work independently under pressure with minimum supervision. Exceptional communication skills. Excellent multitasking and time management. Quick Leaner with positive attitude. Having experience with IT Start-up would be added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities-
To manage all day to day human resources tasks of the company. Responsible for Human Resources procedures, policies. Administering all the recruitment processes for the company Onboarding of new hire pre & post joining formalities Maintaining a detailed record of all Employee/ Staff members Administer the day-to-day operations of the HR department Ensuring all the employees/ staff comply with the HR policies/ procedures
Manage the employee/ Staff Exit Process Maintaining Staff time & attendance records Handle Payroll processing activities Organizing events and get-togethers for all staff Managing workplace safety issues and complaints HR Vendor Management process Prepare and maintain all HR reports/ dashboards
