Candidate must have experience in handling In- House Recruitment. Must be proficient in using job portals like Naukri, and LinkedIn. Preferring candidates with excellent communication skills. Minimum 1 year of experience from a consultancy background. Should be proficient in MS Office, and ATS Tools.
Job Role & Responsibility-
One should have experience in handling In- House Recruitment, HR operations, Admin related activities. Sourcing the Candidates through Job Portals, Headhunting, Social Networking, references etc. in the stipulated time frame. Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT & Non-IT roles. Contact eligible candidates for interviews & follow-ups. Should have basic knowledge of end-to-end HR functions and Employee Life Cycle Management. One should assist in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
