Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) etc. Windows/ Linux Administration

Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Operation/ System Admin. Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and Data Networking, VPN. Good understanding of database, security products (Firewall, IDS/IPS, AV) and other tech products. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal. ELK stack, any SIEM product knowledge is a plus.

Job Description:
Installing, configuring, maintain servers and networks; upgrade software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes. Overseeing system performance and troubleshooting issues. Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls. Performing account setup; Sustaining network integrity, server deployment, and security. Monitoring and maintaining network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways, intrusion detection systems and escalations accordingly. Responsible for driving the ticket system and for closing the ticket. Responsible for granting the client IP to connect to the product account. 24/7 operations team, as any cluster can request the support.
