Job Profile
Education - Graduation in any stream is suitable. Post graduate preferred (MBA HR/ PG Diploma HR) Work Experience 0 to 2 Years
Reporting to - Head - HR Location - Navi Mumbai.
However, Infrequent and planned travel may be required as per the nature of the job/activity at hand. Existing skill set (not applicable to freshers) We understand that incumbent may not have exposure to all the below activities, hence, exposure to one or more of below is preferred.
Managing one or more of- (managing = planning + execution+ follow-up) HR operations (including payroll, grievance redressal) Employee engagement activities End to end Recruitment HR automation
The job will require you to plan, create and automate tasks around the entire HR spectrum. You will be exposed to all HR aspects, and will learn everything there is to learn about the HR function. Minimum stipend is INR 30000/- and the final stipend will be negotiated during your interview.
Note The job will be executed remotely till COVID19 situation stabilizes (no end date specified at this time)
