Candidate should have good knowledge in creating Procedure, Triggers, Packages, Functions, Views, Jobs. Good Knowledge in Database design and Performance Tuning. Must have strong Oracle 11g/12C Development experience. Should be expertise in writing complex queries.

Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution Troubleshooting, diagnosing and Identifying solutions to resolve system issues Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. To Manage daily Server & Application logs Backups Troubleshooting hosted applications issues Resolve Technical Issues of Projects.
Log monitoring, identification of issues from logs and escalate to Development team Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers Prepare accurate and timely reports To provide root cause analysis for issues, application failure & etc To coach junior level Technical Support Reps.
