Job Profile
Candidate must have done Graduation in any stream + MBA with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration activities (PF, ESIC, Training, Recruitment, Co-ordination, offer releaed, background verification etc) Generalist HR & Admin role.
Should have good communication skills Tools Known : SAP, Workday (preferred) Experience in manufacturing set up where unionized force Should be Team Player, works as active member in his/her team.
Demonstrates timely and accurate decision making, ensuring delegation or escalation where appropriate. Contributes to a positive work environment, Acts as a reliable and dependable member of the team.
Job Responsibility-
Direct responsibility to provide full range of administrative support for the Plant operations. The incumbent is expected to demonstrate professional judgement to coordinate the provision of routine and specialist site services for the Plant like vendor management, travel/ transport management, asset management, facilities management, annual maintenance schedule, inventory & scrap management, office supplies, canteen services, mail distribution, communication system.
Responsible for upkeep and smooth running of support functions needed to efficiently manage the site. Ensure that critical services like canteen, transport, travel for employees is run effectively Ensure that the Laundry services are managed efficiently and as per GMP standards.
