Job Profile

Candidate should be BE/ B-Tech with sound knowledge and experience on .NET Platform (C#, Object Oriented Design, SQL Server/ any other RDBMS & Web technologies). Should have hands on experience in coding/ programming on .NET platform. Must have strong verbal/ written communication skills
Should be able to estimate efforts required to complete work on hand
Experience in Agile and working in scrum team environment
Prior post-production support experience preferred
Must have good understanding of critical performance parameters
Prior work experience in BFSI domain preferred
Must have excellent Coding & Design skills
Should have good debugging skills
What you'll do-
Handle application support activities for post-production customers to analyze log files, config files, exceptions
Coordinate closely with customers on triaging issues/tickets raised
Taking ownership of designated post-production accounts
Work closely with the cross-functional development teams
Adherence to SLAs on the tickets raised
