Job Profile
Candidate should ne BE - IT/ Computer Science, MCA or MSc in Computer Science with 0 to 2 years of experience in Technical Support, Product management and Customer Support. Must have good understanding of PostgreSQL/ MySQL or other database systems.
Understanding Unix/Linux environment/ commands Knowledge of operating systems, web services, and API. Basic programming knowledge Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Motivation to learn new skills and technologies Critical thinker Good Listener Good time-management skills
Job Responsibilities-
Monitoring systems Troubleshooting, diagnosis, resolution escalation Customer Interactions Work with all internal groups, including business team, engineering, product management Evaluate and prioritize customer support cases
