Understand technical concepts, and deliver positive results for customers Possess comprehensive knowledge about the hardware as well as software to come up with solutions for the troubleshooting problems. Remote service experience usage of remote tools to analyze and resolve tickets. Anticipate customer needs and effectively addressing concerns related to their issue or resolution
