Roles and Responsibilities-
Managing recruitment drives, screening CVs, scheduling interviews Arranging/ facilitating employee induction sessions Contractual/ short duration hiring Maintaining data bank for prospective candidates Maintaining culture of positive appreciation Planning activities for employee participation and team building Internal communications Driving annual appraisal processes
Review of timesheets & attendance, maintaining records of leaves, payroll management Handling exit interview formalities Participation/leading in internal quality system audit activities Management of files, documentation in line with quality system requirements Other general activities related to HR development & management Maintaining records of petty cash vouchers, reimbursement, or travel advance for employees in spreadsheet format Maintaining records for office maid, electricity bills, utility bills, stationary bills and other office related expenses in spreadsheet format Other general activities related to office administration
