Candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience as a HR administrator or in Facility Management Well-versed in technical/ engineering operations and facilities management best practices Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and leadership skills Must have good analytical/ critical thinking
Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the companys operations. Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture. Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors. Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc. Allocate office space according to needs Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
