Job Profile
Candidate should be Any Graduate - Freshers & Experienced. Undergraduate - Must have - 6 months international BPO/ 12 months Non - BPO experienced. Any Engineers - Must have - 12 months BPO/ Non - BPO experienced.
Must have excellent Verbal and written Communication skills in English. Ability to compose clear and articulate email and chat communications to customers. Utilize effective communication with customers and peers.
Ability to summarize/ paraphrase information. Ability and willingness to provide pre-sales, sales, or post-sales support. Knowledge of PCs and Relevant products. Ability to follow procedures and processes that are documented.
Roles and Responsibilities-
Hardware Identification and Troubleshooting. Operating System Installation, Navigation, Configuration and Troubleshooting. Application Navigation, Configuration and Troubleshooting. Internet and Networking. Protection Software Usage, Configuration and Troubleshooting.
