Responsibilities:
Administrative work: document flow (work with invoices, contracts, correspondence), work with contractors and suppliers Supervision of work in the office, communication with BC Budgeting Organization of business trips/ transport Work with benefices (providing meals, insurance) Issuance of equipment, assistance in the basic configuration of equipment Procurement Organization of corporate parties Assistance in hiring new employees
