Job Profile
Candidate should have Full time Bachelor of Commerce with Postgraduate degree in HR/ IR Management from recognized university with Minimum 7 years of work experience in HR and IR function preferably in a reputed company, at Site level.
Technical skills: Knowledge of Site HR, IR and Administration functions & exposure to Labor Laws as applicable to manufacturing set up. Competencies, Behavioral skills: (acc. to competency profile and required level of descriptions)
Interpersonal relationship Communication & counselling skill Analytical ability to avoid any errors during work. Computer literacy / Exposure of MS office and must be good at preparing PPT 7 reports in excel. Reliable & Valuing - respecting people Legal Training Requirements
Under the provision (111-A) of the Factories Act 1948, reading with Gujarat Factory Rules 1963 about General Health & Safety, Emergency response, handling of hazardous substance Job Requirement:
Physically fit, must be able to climb ladders and stairs. Walking up to 8 hours a day. G. Performance indicators: Describe the criteria allowing to measure to what extent the results are achieved - related to the accountabilities
Ensuring timely and accurate data processing related to human resource management. Sustenance of Industrial Relations and general discipline at the Site Ensure support in conducting regular training programs and follow up.
