Candidate should be MBA in HR with Excellent communication skills.
Must be good in recruitment, sourcing, head-hunting, line up the candidates.
Knows recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Should be able to handle Front Desk as well at times.
Laborious and dedicated, loyal etc.
Roles and Responsibilities-
Ensure positions get closed within the defined TAT
Ensure budget adherence and process adherence
Make follow up with department heads, HOD`s and other stakeholders regularly.
Scheduling Interviews with concerned line manager for timely closure of positions.
On- Boarding of candidates with entire documentation and filing for Audit purpose and to strengthen the internal process.
Issuance of Offer letters, Appointment letters, other letters to candidates as on when required.
MIS, HRMS, and other dashboard support to the manager.
Should and must be good in Communication while calling and lining up the candidates.
Coordination with Consultants etc.
Ensures 60% and 40% ratio while closing the position and 60% must be closed through internal efforts, Naukri.com etc.
Look after front desk as well in case of absence of deputed person or at the of shift change, lunch etc.
Employee Engagement, Birthday and other celebration.
Other Task as on when required and will be assigned in case of any need.
