Job Profile
MapUp is looking for a passionate HR and Admin Executive, who is detail-oriented, a self-starter, and willing to work without supervision. The candidate should be an expert in IT recruitment, hiring the right candidates, maintaining employee records, designing and updating existing company policies, managing all office admin tasks, and training and developing new employees.
It is advantageous to have IT office administration experience, candidate screens, and recruitment.
Education PG: MBA/ PGDM in HR/ Industrial Relations

Roles and Responsibilities
Recruitment: Job posting, filtering candidates, arranging online interviews Joining formalities: Induction and on-boarding of the new recruits to the system and to explain them HR policies and procedures Employee roaster management: Attendance & Leave management Handling the full and final settlement of the employees Designing and updating existing company policies Taking care of day-to-day administration work including purchase and inventory management of office material such as laptops etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills Must be a quick learner Prior HR and admin experience, familiarity with ESIC, PF, etc. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
