We are looking to hire a skilled IT support engineer to assist our client with all IT related technical support issues. Candidate must be having experience for 6 months to 1 year in handling international voice process. Preferably US clients. Responding to client calls, requests and chat. Providing technical support via phone and chat. Resolving issues via phone or chat.
Providing 24/7 support and ability to work in rotational shifts, mainly night shifts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good time management skills. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to think critically.
