The successful candidate will be accountable for:
End-to-end recruitment, onboarding & off boarding. Maintain employee records, generating contracts and other HR paperwork as needed Assist with payroll Maintain and coordinate HR induction and performance review processes. Coordinate, administer, and support training and development activities. Respond to HR queries in an accurate and timely manner. Other administrative activities of the office & ad hoc tasks as and when they arise.
