Educational Background-
B.E/ B.Tech graduation in Computer Science or Information Technology from a reputed institution.
All work experience in product companies only.
Technical Skills-
2-4 years of experience in Java programming, Spring and Play frameworks.
JavaScript programming and React framework.
Strong expertise in SOA Concepts such as SOAP and REST.
Experience in designing simple databases and tables, both relational (Oracle, MySQL) and nosql (MongoDB). Must have used an ORM such as Hibernate.
Strong knowledge in OOPS and ability to write maintainable code.
Must have used Git and related hosting services such as GitHub or BitBucket.
Optional Skills-
Exposure to functional programming paradigm.
Used Selenium for functional automation tests.
Exposure to concepts of messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ.
Experience leveraging a cloud provider such as AWS is a plus.
Job Responsibilities-
Responsible for coding and its intertwined activities such as unit testing, functional automation testing, coverage and code analysers.
Reads and understands high level design documents to translate them to code and low level design documents.
Follows the prescribed agile methodologies and processes with no exception.
Wears a proactive hat to bring in new technologies and updates, wherever appropriate.
