Job Profile
Fresher to 3 Year Experience Specialization in HR / Finance (or both) management is a plus Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems Ability to Handle full-cycle recruiting preferable knowledge of labor legislation Solid communication skills
Work closely with management to determine hiring needs and review and understand job requisitions Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of HR Best Practices. Act as a Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for all hiring and Admin related matters.
Job Responsibility-
Attend to all employees queries pertaining to HR policies & procedures. Reviewing Company Policies. Maintaining attendance, leaves, check in/ check out, break timings etc. Petty cash management Shall be responsible for support to HR and Admin related activities on a day-to-day basis. Purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment, stationery and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management. Maintaining of Company Assets (existing/new). Draft descriptive emails for meetings / correspondence / compliments / greetings etc. Design and Conduct employee fun and team building activities Should Maintain relation with company vendors.
Note - This is work from Office role with 9 hours flexible shift with 6 days working in a week
