Job Profile
Looking for candidate who will assist in day to day HR and Admin Activity:
Qualification Required : Any Graduate or Post Graduate Relevant Experience : 6 Months to 2 Years Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must have good Interpersonal skills/ Presentation skills/ Organizational skills. Ability to work individually and in groups. Strong soft skills i.e., Team player, quick learner, ability to adapt quickly & effectively. Female Candidates Only
Roles and Responsibilities :
Follow company`s recruitment process. Scheduling and co-coordinating the interview process for shortlisted candidates. Handle all activities related to interview process like sending mail, interview confirmation and communicating results to the candidates. Take care of candidate on-boarding formalities. Tasking care of joining formalities, confirmation, exit formalities, Attendance checking etc Ensure assigned duties are completed in a timely manner by working closely with HR manager. Maintain strict confidentiality of information. Active participation expected in data management Ordering stationery material Provide Proper documentation with consultation with HR manager to the customers for gate pass purpose Travel Booking including hotel booking Handling Grievances
