Candidate should have Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Mathematics with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience (max 5 years of total experience). Must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Strong telephone etiquette skills ensure constructive relationship with customers
Desired Key Skills:
Exposure to AWS environment Understanding of Azure applications Able to detect the issues or problems with Azure Management Console Strong customer focus & Multi-tasking skills
Ensure application performance, uptime with maintaining high standards of monitoring parameters. Windows/ Software`s Troubleshooting & Problem Solving Working knowledge on CRM Software`s Good knowledge on various monitoring software Knowledge of web services, API, REST, and RPC Flexible to work in rotational shifts
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor CRM Dashboard, identify, escalate and respond to critical errors. Troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures Respond to the customer/user`s calls/ emails/ tickets to understand and provide the viable solution to the problems.
