Troubleshooting Skills, ADDS, DNS, DHCP, VMWare, Hyper-V, Citrix Virtualization, Switches, Firewalls, O365, Outlook, MySQL, MSSQL etc.
Should be able to handle all desktop related issues with ownership approach.
Need to manage Windows Client and Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 Core Services (ADDC, DNS, DHCP)
Need to manage Network Devices (Firewall, Switches, Wi -Fi)
Should be able to manage EPO server (Antivirus)
Should be able to Install and configure Desktop / Laptop (Format, Install Applications like, O365, Outlook, MySQL, MSSQL etc.)
Should be able to troubleshoot issue over the Remote sessions.
Should have adequate experience in using trouble ticketing system, following different standards, SOPs, Escalation Matrix etc.
Should provide timely feedback on the issues raised by Users.
Should make sure that all the issues are recorded in Trouble Ticketing System.
Must know the mechanisms to prioritize reported issues.
Need to know reporting mechanism and follow them.
Prepare all required documentation.
Need to maintain and Update Inventory.
