Educational Qualification : 10 + 2, Any Graduate Excellent written and verbal communication in English Job Location : Noida Sector-135
Work Experience: Minimum 6 months required in Technical Support (International BPO Only) Should be excellent to resolve technical problems over the phone or Must be of International BPO. Basic understanding of troubleshooting, network connectivity, cable modems, routers etc.
Shift Timing- Open for rotational shifts with rotational offs.
Salary Range- Upto 38,000 in-hand. Working Model : 5 days (work from Office) Both side Cab Facility will be provided within 35 Kms range.
