Comprehend & audit tech support activities pertaining to computer hardware warranty parts dispatches. Provide L1 support to team members for tech support case log audits through email & chat. Reviewing web based dispatch Orders & processing as per set guidelines. Comprehending Troubleshooting notes on dispatch Orders and relating it with parts requested. Validating troubleshooting & correctness of the orders.
Note : 1) The position is for rotational shift. 2) Person should be able to join on the immediate basis.
