Educational Qualification: Any IT Graduate (Diploma/ B.Sc/ BCA/ BE (Telecom/ IT/ Computers/ Electronics)
Work Experience : 2 to 4 Years Job Location: Mumbai - BKC
Responsible for desktop allocation, software installation and first level troubleshooting of desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, etc. and resolve calls to ensure timely resolution as per Service Level Agreement. Installed, configured and support various applications Software Like MS Office 2000/ XP, thorough knowledge of Office 365 MS Projects, MS outlook for mails access, Internet Explorer & third party software knowledge so than he can assist in house apps & software (Client Site)
Hands on experience of E-learning software, MS excel, MS Office, Anti-Virus, manage to take backup of the software & time table software. He should also guide & provide training to teachers on internal software. Facilitate in trouble shooting of server or network related issues. Follow procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Record issues and step by step resolution in ticketing tool. Daily review call with team mates to control the call ageing.
