Qualification: BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc. Computer Science or Any Graduation with Computer Science Work Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Certification: Completion of Microsoft Certifications and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Foundation course will be an added advantage
Basic knowledge about the fundamentals of Computer Hardware & Software, Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and Windows Operating System including basic working knowledge in Computers Candidates who have working knowledge in Ticketing Systems like CA Unicenter Service Desk, HP Service Manager, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.,
Candidates who have similar work experience in technical support or alerts monitoring or IT Service Desk Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess a passion towards Customer Support, Good analytical skills to review, understand and interpret documentation
Mode of Customer Contact: Internal Email, Voice and Web (Ticketing System) External customers Voice and Email
Geographies covered: Primarily US based but, customer e-mails/issues can originate from Canada, Europe and Asia
