Job Profile
We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR Admin Associate to assist our organization. Responsibilities include recruitment, sourcing talent, initiating background checks on shortlisted candidates, updating employee records, filing HR documents accordingly, and providing suitable recommendations to improve HR policies. You should also be able to draft employee communications notifying staff of policy and procedural changes.
Experience/ Prerequisites:
Create execute the end-to-end plan for the recruitment process. Screening potential employees resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates. Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms. Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates. Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters. Support admin activities. Identify new trends in markets and suggest something new to adapt and encourage employees to participate in.
Required Candidate Profile :
Good oral and written communication skills. Punctual, right attitude, keen to learn new technologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Willing to work in a challenging environment. Excellent Communication skills. Excellent Analysis Skills.
