Job Profile
Candidate will deliver Technical Support to our customers in North America as well as around the world for very high end Audio Equipment used in very sophisticated enterprises around the world.
Should be able to speak fluently in American English or British English. American Accent (someone who has lived and worked/studied in the US Preferred). Excellent technical skills, should be a problem solver Excellent Analytical skills Should be able to draft professional emails Has an eye for detail Experience in working with customer service ticket management tools such as Zendesk, Fresh desk, Service Cloud, Salesforce etc. Open to working in a 24x7 environment
Key Responsibilities-
Providing Troubleshooting using the defined processes and procedures ensuring the problems of customers is solved Coordinating with internal Level 2 or Product and Quality teams to provide a resolution to customers queries Answer inbound phone calls in American English or British English Answer inbound chats and e-mail tickets on Zendesk Resolve all issues within SLA Deliver A+ customer experience to customers
