We are looking for candidates who are interested to join a startup for the role of a Customer Support.
Should have 1+ years of relevant experience in L1/ L2 technical customer support (voice/ email/ chat), with a strong customer interaction experience. Must be creative thinker with excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Must view customer satisfaction as something personally owns from beginning to end. Should be excellent with American English grammar/ style abilities, availability to work the later shift, an attitude that is receptive to feedback, and ability to retain training concepts. Should be willing to work in rotational night shifts.
Candidate will be responsible to resolve queries of the customers through e-mail and chat. Provide first class end to end support for technical and sometimes non-technical inquiries and escalations coming from business customers.
Primary responsibilities are level 1 troubleshooting of technical problems customers may encounter using the Clinic Management Application, diagnosing and resolving client reported issues and advise our customer. Ability to multi task and prioritize own workload.
Qualification: B.Tech, M.A, B.A, B.Com Required Experience: 2 Years
