NetEnrich Technologies Private Limited is hiring Technical Support Engineer
Candidate should have good knowledge and Experience with Administration of Manage Engine Desktop Central (Patch Management Tool). Install, configure and upgrade, Policy Configuration, Agent Deployment and AD Group Policy. Must have good knowledge of server and Desktop OS, Windows Desktop and Server Patching. Good Knowledge about troubleshooting patching issues with OS and Manage Engine.
Should have knowledge of escalation handling. Good verbal and written communication skills to handle customers. Ability to do multi-tasking based on priority activities.
Knowledge about compliance monitoring and report creation (e.g. Compliance report, Risk infection report). Identifying gaps to suggest best practices and proactive approach to prevent security Threads. Knowledge on Patching through other Patch Tools. Knowledge on Scripts Execution. Not mandatory but desirable. Willing to work in 24*7 rotational model.
Any technical certification will be added advantage.
