Job Responsibilities-
Greeting all visitors, Answer and direct phone calls in a polite manner Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received Maintain the general office filing system Possibly managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment and furniture etc Performing ad-hoc administration duties Assisting the HR team in exit and joining formalities
