Job Profile
Software QA/ Test Engineer will be closely working with product development and Implementation team to support testing activities and defect management. The Software QA/ Test engineer will be playing key role in product testing team that delivers next generation products within Perigords product offerings. The suitable candidate will work in product testing and/or implementation testing which may include system testing, integration testing, regression testing and UAT.
Candidate must have sound knowledge of software testing methodologies and procedures, as well as strong understanding of SDLC, SILC and STLC. Solid understanding and experience in web application(s) testing. Should have good knowledge of Agile/ Scrum Process. Experience in Product testing and/or testing configurable application is an added advantage.
Ability to analyze product requirements and authoring test scenarios. Experience in authoring and executing manual test cases/ scripts. Experience in change management.
Strong understanding and experience in regression testing. Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong organizational, interpersonal skills. Experience in using Jira or similar issue tracking system. Should have strong Cross-Browser testing Skills
