Job Profile
Candidate must have good hands on experience in IT recruitment; he/ she should constantly identify new sources of recruitment. Should have excellent command over English, both written and verbal.
Work profile includes conducting Induction programs, employee morale and Motivation, Payroll, and Leave maintenance. Preference will be given to candidates who have gathered similar experience while working with training institutes. The candidate should be able to handle the work related grievances of the employees as and when needed. The candidate should be able to take care of the day to day administration of the office. The candidate should be a graduate; MBA (HR) will be preferred.
Exposure to IT recruitment. Will be preferred if he/ she is conversant with web related technologies.
Certification or Previous Internship experience in the relevant field will be added advantage Willing to accept challenges and thrive in a startup environment Willing to learn Excellent analytical skills Long term prospect
Supports the human resources department by screening and interviewing applicants; Role Requirements: Ability to take initiative, employ good judgement and manage projects from beginning till end Strong desire to learn along with professional drive Exceptional ability to manage details Work effectively both independently and as a part of the team Excellent writing, editing and proof-reading skills
Job Responsibilities:
Screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records. Has to do regular follow up with the final candidate Role Benefits: Resume building experience in respective profile
